Cornbread: Gluten Free and Dairy Free

- Glutino Gluten Free Cornbread mix
- 1 egg
- * coconut oil (6 tbsp Butter if you don’t have a dairy allergy)
- * almond milk
Preheat oven to 425 degrees, combine Glutino Cornbread mix, egg, coconut oil or butter (save 1 tbsp to cover the top halfway through baking to keep moist). Mix until combined. Bake for 10 minutes until top is solid. Take the cornbread out of the over only long enough to put oil or butter on the top of the bread, then put back in over for the remainder of the baking time.
