Mashed Potatoes: Milk Free

Prep Time: 15 mins              Cook Time: 30 mins

  1. 3 Large Potatoes
  2. 1 Cup Almond Milk
  3. 1 Cup Organic Chicken Broth
  4. 5 TBSP Organic Butter
  5. 3 Cracked Cloves of Fresh Garlic
  6. Salt and Pepper to taste

Cube unpeeled potatoes (peels contain nutrients, but wash the outside of the potatoes before cubing). Steam until very soft, put 3 cracked clothes of garlic in steamer with potatoes. Beat potatoes (with garlic cloves) while still hot, almond milk, chicken broth, butter and salt and pepper.
